My Vegucated Kids Drink Green Smoothies

Almost everyday, our family drinks two nourishing green smoothies. The first in the morning is our turbo-boost which we drink during our drive to school. Our second is a re-charge for after school consumed en route to our afternoon physical activities.

I have learned from my raw foods education that it is best to alternate the greens I use in my smoothies on a daily basis to benefit from the variety of nutrients green leaves have to offer, but also to avoid build-up of any toxic components such as oxalic acid.
